What is UGC and a Content Creator? 🧐

UGC is content that looks like it was created by an everyday user and helps businesses sell their offer by building trust and a more natural presence on social media. A content creator is a person who produces visual content for businesses to attract attention and drive sales.

The indicated prices are valid until 12/31/2026, while from 01/01/2027 the service prices will be reviewed.

* All videos are strategically structured and start with an attention-grabbing hook to improve performance on social media.
* Videos are available with LV/EN subtitles, with or without on-screen text, with or without voiceover, in both "on-camera" and "faceless" formats, depending on the client's needs.
*The price list includes standard video lengths. Pricing for longer or custom videos is calculated individually.
* Additional service – English-to-Latvian video localization: translation, voiceover recording, and optional voiceover integration into client-provided videos. Pricing and collaboration terms are agreed individually, depending on the project scope and requirements.

When ordering 5 or more videos at once, a 10% discount is applied to the total order amount.

Terms of Collaboration

These terms apply to all collaborations unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Additionally, upon confirmation of each order, these terms will be sent to the client via email as a PDF for approval.

* Content creation is initiated after the content concept has been approved by the client and once the client has provided the necessary product or access to the service required for content creation. Content is usually prepared within 3–5 business days; however, the delivery timeline may vary depending on the scope of work, the number of content pieces, and the speed of communication. After the content has been approved, any significant changes are considered new work and are charged separately.
* If content creation takes place at the client’s premises, it is only possible within Latvia. The client provides all necessary permissions and covers travel and accommodation costs, if any arise.
* The client is responsible for ensuring that the product or service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
* Email responses are provided within 24–48 hours on business days.
* One free revision is included, provided it stays within the originally agreed concept. Additional revisions are subject to agreement, each additional revision: +30€.
* Royalty-free music is used. A version without music can be provided upon request. No responsibility is taken for platform copyright restrictions or content removal.
* No specific results from the content are guaranteed.
* The final content is delivered digitally, and project working files are stored for up to 30 days after delivery.
* An invoice is issued for the delivered content. Payment must be made within 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
* The client may publish and use the content only after full payment has been received. The standard price includes a 1-year usage license for digital media. Renewal of the usage rights for each additional year is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the original price.
* Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the right to use the created content for portfolio and self-promotional purposes.
* If the client cancels the collaboration after agreement confirmation, a 30€ reservation fee is retained. If required information, approvals, or feedback are not provided within 14 days, the project is considered paused. If the project is completed and delivered in full, the full project fee applies. If the project is paused during production, an invoice will be issued for the work already completed.
* Any disputes are resolved through mutual negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
